2

To adjust the rule weights, open the exported Driver Safety Scorecard report in Excel, then change the percentage weights (Rules Weight table).

! IMPORTANT: Any weight can be applied to any rule, as long as the total equals 100%.

The Average Fleet Score, Total Scores, and Scoring Classifications automatically update based on the new weight assignments. Each driver receives a score ranging from 0-100.

3

To adjust the risk classifications range, change the lowest score for each classification in the table.

The Average Fleet Score and Scoring Classifications automatically update based on your new Risk Classification ranges. The Total Score values remain the same, but are classified differently based on the adjusted risk levels.

✱ NOTE: After all changes have been made, go to the Risk Breakdown tab in the file before saving it. This ensures the correct graph is displayed on the dashboard.
